In the cursed TV program "Shayuki," Aiho Seiko is suddenly sucked into the screen by demonic power. Inside, she encounters a demon-possessed Sanzou Houshi along with Sun Wukong, Sha Gojo, and Cho Hakkai. Sanzou captures young women, using their bodies to accumulate spiritual merits for the demon realm. Empowered by sacred energy, Seiko transforms into Sailor Priestess. As Sun Wukong and the others attack under orders, the warrior of love, Sailor Priestess, defeats each of the demon-possessed fighters one by one. Witnessing this, Sanzou resolves to release his disciples from their cursed training and grant them freedom.
