I live with my husband, who is four years older than me, our two sons, and my 80-year-old father-in-law. My husband works as a nurse at his own internal medicine clinic. Before marrying, I had a child, who is now 20 years old. This child's existence has remained unknown to my current family. Right after birth, my child was raised by my late husband's parents as foster parents, and I've kept it a secret all this time. Recently, I received news that my son will be going on a long-term study abroad program. Wanting to express my gratitude to him for everything I couldn't do before, I want to at least give him a parting gift. It might be a little troublesome, but I want to do whatever I can.
