First, the sudden development where the protagonist falls in love with a man feels unnatural. If you could establish a specific trigger and carefully depict the gradual feminization of his mind, it would enhance immersion. Next, inserting the protagonist's inner voice could be effective. When his mind is still male, expressing it with a normal male voice, and as his heart becomes more feminine, making his speech patterns more womanly, eventually transitioning to a completely female voice, would vividly convey the process of change. Also, I would love to see the moment when his first-person pronoun shifts from "ore" to "watashi." Such subtle changes would strongly impress the protagonist's internal transformation upon the viewer. I sincerely hope you will consider these points.
