I look forward to and support the creator's ingenuity going forward. This was the first release since the director returned to Mr. Kimura, so it came out amidst a mix of anticipation and tension.
As someone who loves clothed intercourse in Japanese attire above all else, I've followed this series from the very first installment. Not only in the use of camera angles and lighting, but you can feel the detailed acting instructions given to the male performers, and the creator's trial and error and efforts to shift the direction of presentation are evident throughout. As a series fan, it was a high-quality result that makes me want to continue supporting it through purchasing future works.
From a personal standpoint, focusing on "scenes in Japanese attire" and "adult works," the appeal is clearer and more vivid, with a significant improvement in quality. In this regard, I feel it's one of the best in the series. While the emphasis on atmosphere through shadows, close-ups, and shooting from behind objects has somewhat receded, the excitement of the scenes in the black formal kimono (kurotomesode) has dramatically improved. Since that's the core of the work, this change is very welcome to me personally.
Compared to previous installments, the actress's performance and atmosphere feel a bit more subdued, perhaps influenced by her own character. This might be a matter of taste, but I found that naturalness refreshing.
The structure and flow of the work follow the established style of the series, and a sense of staleness can't be denied. Still, the spirit of the creators and performers continuing to experiment and strive for better work comes through, making this a piece that makes me want to keep anticipating and supporting them in the future.
Outstanding expressiveness Regarding the story of the work, honestly, it's already become formulaic and lacks freshness, so I'll deliberately exclude it from my evaluation. Even so, Fuyuka Hoshifuyu's appeal is overwhelming. It's not just that she has a beautiful appearance—her expressiveness is superb. Without relying on excessive moaning or theatricality, just through subtle changes in her eye movements and facial expressions, her pleasure and ecstasy are conveyed as if you can see them firsthand. Her acting ability is truly outstanding, and it naturally draws you in as a viewer. Seeing such wonderful performances makes me want to watch more of her works. And the gap between that beautiful face and her uttering dirty words is also an irresistible charm.
