The situation is good, but... I can't help but feel a sense of discomfort with the premise of a couple who have been dating for four years yet have never had a physical relationship. In modern times, men and women who place value on avoiding premarital sex are a very small minority. Also, in the scene where the boyfriend gets excited watching his girlfriend's reactions through a mirror, the comparison "she's more into it than when she's with me" becomes a turn-on, so there should be a baseline of normal sexual intercourse between the couple for that to work.
