I wanted a bit more of a sense of taboo. This work tells a story brimming with a sense of guilt, where a man with a fiancée ends up having a relationship with Kana, the older sister of his fiancée. Kana's beauty stands out as always, and her presence tightens the entire work. However, the transition into the sex scenes feels too simplistic, and I found myself wishing there had been a bit more psychological conflict or buildup of circumstances. The male actor seems lacking in energy lately, but if he had taken on a villainous or heel-like role, initially forcing himself on Kana, it might have been more dramatic and engaging. Kana's passionate performance remains excellent, leaving a good impression. I look forward to her next work.
Last weekend, that man's wife's younger sister completely wrapped him around her finger. While the drama's story development wasn't bad, I felt it could have used a bit more depth in the narrative. In particular, if there had been an extra touch in the portrayal of the characters' emotions and backgrounds, it might have increased the sense of immersion.
What attracted me the most were the various costumes she wore throughout all three parts. They were all stylish and very satisfying to look at.
Overall, it was an enjoyable work, but if asked whether this is my favorite among Kana Tamura's past works, it's not. Her other works leave a stronger impression.
However, Kana's acting was excellent, so in the end I was able to fully enjoy it. It's no exaggeration to say that her expressive ability supported the work.
The filmmaking itself was good, but at the same time there was a strange atmosphere about it. I had no particular complaints about most of the sex scenes or their direction; rather, I thought they were well shot. Even the creampie scenes had high visual quality. Still, if a bit more depth or emotion had been added, it would have been even better.
Perhaps the cause was that the co-star actor's performance and role were somewhat unsatisfying, and not much passion came through. That point was a bit disappointing.
Honestly, my feelings about this work are complicated. While there are parts I love, overall the impression is "so-so" or "not bad"—it's neither the best nor the worst, leaving it in a halfway position.
Still, I'm truly glad to have been able to watch another work by Kana. I'm already looking forward to her next project.
