The protagonist, a doctor, moves into the "Cursed Single House," a residence infamous for the urban legend that anyone who lives there will never find a lover again. Though he's uncomfortable around women, the apartment's beautiful manager, Koharu, who still grieves for her late fiancé, lives there as well. An odd rivalry begins between them to see who will find new love first.
