However, this work delves deeper into that setup and improves it, resulting in high satisfaction. The premise of a frustrated housewife who wants a child but can't conceive because her husband has ED is a common trope. From the title, I imagined it would be a nympho-type work, but in reality, it's an M-leaning development where the stepson, seeing through her frustration, forcefully creampies her on her ovulation day—unexpected and refreshing. That night, after having alibi sex with her husband who took an erection pill, she's then approached by her son and inseminated. The idea of a sandwich overwrite, where she's creampied both before and after sex with her husband, is brilliant. In particular, by inserting a bath scene after sex with the husband, it avoids the disgusting play of the son licking the pussy still containing the father's sperm, unlike "After Having Baby-Making Sex with My Husband, I'm Always Creampied by My Father-in-Law...," which has recently become sloppy in its direction. This is much more careful and likable. From the middle, it shifts to a nympho-type development as the title suggests, but it maintains the direction of sandwich overwrite creampies before and after, so there's no wavering, which was good. The ending's pregnant belly effect is sloppy, and having creampie sex during pregnancy with miscarriage risk for a housewife who wanted a child lacks eroticism. I think it would have been better if the child was already born, and the son, repeating his ronin years, inseminates her annually to make her bear a second or third child. There's still room for growth, but the unique ideas that aren't just a follow-up show the value of serialization, and as a bonus, I rate it 5 stars.
