Ranka gets 5 stars. I can understand that there are viewers who get excited by performances that deliberately distort an originally beautiful face, such as scenes involving nose hooks and pantyhose. However, personally, I'm not particularly drawn to such elements, and honestly, I would have preferred to fully savor Ranka's charm in her natural state. Even so, Ranka's presence itself is undeniably top-notch—her great figure is a given, and her tearful expression while enduring the nose hook yet still feeling pleasure is so impressive it deserves 5 stars. That said, the nose hook staging kept bothering me, so overall it's 4 stars—in other words, minus one star for the nose hook. Also, regarding the fart scene, since they went to the trouble of including it, I was hoping for a more bold and impactful sound, so that aspect felt a bit lacking.
