Kyoko lives a quiet life as a music teacher and devoted family woman, but once she was the legendary heroine Opera Mask who destroyed the evil organization Bad Noise. Before his death, the group's leader, Forte, left behind a cryptic message: "I will rise again, no matter how many times." These words would later prove prophetic. Meanwhile, Kurogane, Kyoko's former student, falls into dire straits when remnants of Bad Noise blackmail him into massive debt. With no one else to turn to, he seeks help from Kyoko. When Kurogane is captured by a secret club, Kyoko rushes to save him. The noble heroine of justice rises once more to confront evil, reigniting a fierce battle.
