A middle-aged man arrives at the hospital suffering from stomach pain, enduring the discomfort as he joins many other patients waiting at the reception. Working at a small company, he doesn't have his insurance card and is treated coldly by the head nurse at the front desk, while wealthier-looking patients receive polite and attentive service. His frustration grows as he witnesses this unfair treatment. After his examination, he's moved to a shared ward, only to be forced by the head nurse to give up his bed for another patient. Pushed to the brink by this series of humiliations, the man's anger builds to the point of explosion.
