Hitomi, the Spandexer Moon Angel, is a warrior from the planet Omega who serves as a teacher at Higatahaka Academy while also bearing the crucial mission of protecting Earth's peace. One day, Dr. Satonaka, a leading weapons manufacturer's robot designer, completes a new artificial intelligence software capable of mimicking human intelligence, but is suddenly attacked by the outdated robot Secross 69. Hitomi narrowly rescues the doctor and begins investigating the incident. However, she soon discovers that the culprits are Shota, Dr. Satonaka's son, and her own students. Under coercion from Ryoji Kaneko, the leader of a delinquent gang, they had caused the robot to go berserk. Upon learning the truth, Hitomi slaps Ryoji across the face, unleashing her fury. Enraged by the humiliation, Ryoji installs Dr. Satonaka's latest AI into Secross 69, setting the stage for a tragic turn of events—Secross 69 capturing and torturing the Spandexer with a machine of domination.
