Shameful Examination Room Riku Tachibana

At the clinic, female patient Riku Tachibana is being examined for severe abdominal pain caused by constipation. The nurse begins by cleaning around the anus, carefully wiping with cotton balls held by tweezers. She then massages the anal opening with her fingers to prepare for an enema. While injecting a 50% glycerin solution into a 150cc disposable enema bag, the nurse places a paper diaper on Riku to handle any accidental bowel leakage, instructing her to endure until given permission. However, Riku defecates into the diaper before receiving approval, and continues leaking during diaper changes, also releasing a large amount of urine. For the examination, Riku changes into a gown and paper pants. The nurse proceeds with gynecological and anal examinations. During vaginal palpation, cloudy secretions gush out in large quantities from the vagina. Showing sexual responses during anal examination, Riku is subjected to anal dilation using medical dilators. Her anus gradually stretches enough to accommodate devices exceeding standard male organ size, eventually expanding sufficiently for the nurse's hand to enter up to the wrist. The damaged anus and rectum are treated with a white semi-solid ointment. With the anus fully dilated, it smoothly accepts a vaginal speculum, through which medication is directly injected from the anus into the rectum. The large volume of medication is expelled onto a portable commode, and residual agents are flushed out with lukewarm water. Repeated high-pressure enemas using a 1-liter irrigator continue until the examination table is stained brown, yet the liquid jetting from the patient's anus shows no sign of becoming clear.
