Dr. Itsuki Azuma, a psychiatrist working at a university hospital's psychosomatic medicine department, receives a special request from a senior colleague. The patient is the son of the university president, suffering from social anxiety disorder with an especially intense stress response toward men. During consultations, Azuma notices he displays a strong interest in women's underwear and pantyhose, and decides to incorporate this fascination into his therapy. She adopts a bold treatment approach—wearing tight-fitting dresses and leotards to observe his reactions—gradually pushing the boundaries to advance his treatment.
