She has been practicing yoga and feeling changes in both her body and mind, making it an indispensable part of her daily routine. Having always had a weak constitution and suffering from asthma since childhood, she was introduced to yoga by a friend during her junior college years and gradually began trying it out. At first, she was skeptical—wondering if it would really have any effect—but she started attending classes anyway. Initially, she struggled with her stiff body, couldn't even keep up with warm-up exercises, and nearly gave up several times. However, after about three months, she began to notice her body moving more freely, and started to find joy in continuing yoga. She now practices at home every day, dedicating one to two hours in the morning and around thirty minutes at night as part of her routine. As a result, her asthma symptoms have improved and she's become more aware of her overall physical condition. Previously, she often craved meat and would frequently give in to temptation despite trying to resist, but now those cravings have faded and her food intake has naturally decreased. She says she feels as though her body is being purified and that she's gained better control over herself. Her waistline has become more defined, bringing her closer to her ideal physique, and she's received increasing compliments from those around her. Gaining confidence has made her less shy in conversations, helped her make more friends, and brought more laughter into her life. Wanting to share her body—her D-cup breasts and yoga-toned figure—with as many people as possible, she decided to take part in this video. Enjoy!
