The video begins by secretly administering laxatives to women wearing panties. Then, slowly, we confront them with questions centered on the theme of "what is shame?" We wait until they begin to feel the urge to defecate. Once they express the need to urinate, they are guided to a specially designed traditional Japanese-style toilet equipped with hidden mechanisms. This toilet contains cameras and one-way mirrors, and is specially modified to collect excrement. Before entering, they are asked to confirm they only intend to urinate, and only after verbally agreeing to "just pee" are they allowed in. Inevitably, some end up defecating.
