A plan devised by a mother and her two daughters—"that girl's meals will be nothing but poop"—completely changes the life of their butler. Having previously served as the mother's obedient servant, he now faces the new daily routine of four "poop meals." The mother's droppings are dry, pellet-like rabbit feces; the younger daughter's are soft, mushy diarrhea; and the elder daughter's are perfectly formed, long, solid logs. Each type of feces carries its own distinct smell and taste, and the butler must adapt to this new existence. A fantasy from another world unfolds, where a human becomes a living toilet, kept as a pet by the family.
