At a slave market, a leftover used slave scheduled for disposal tomorrow. If a mistress isn't found by the end of today, the slave's fate is death. Lady Yun, casually visiting the market to pass the time, discovers a sign offering the slave for free trial punishment for one week and, intrigued, decides to take him home. The slave desperately endures the torment, hoping to be kept. Lady Yun never intended to keep him, planning only to make him suffer hellish treatment in his final days since he'd be discarded anyway. Unaware of her own deeper motives, she simply took him home as a momentary distraction. And so, his final week begins.
