Department head Kato had been sexually and psychologically harassing his subordinate Hikari Arima—making her sniff his anal odor and forcing her to say humiliating things—instead of properly addressing her work mistakes. However, when it's revealed that Arima is actually the granddaughter of the company president, Kato panics. Arima then turns the tables, subjecting Kato to reverse sexual harassment: straddling his face and urinating on it, taking him to the toilet and making him drink her urine orally, and ultimately using his face as a toilet bowl in a series of escalating humiliations.
