Set in the unique environment of a hospital, this work explores the theme of involuntary urination under various circumstances. In the first story, an office lady suffering from stress-induced autonomic nervous system dysfunction loses control in the waiting room, unable to hold it any longer. The second story follows a woman whose lower body mobility is restricted during post-surgery recovery; suddenly overwhelmed by a strong urge to pee, she desperately calls for a nurse, but receives no response, pushing her to her absolute limit. Meanwhile, a young maintenance worker assigned to repair the hospital's air conditioning system becomes trapped alone in a dimly lit basement and must face the situation as best as he can. Further episodes depict a young woman dislocating her hip joint who loses bladder control due to unbearable pain during treatment, and a nurse suffering from a sudden urge to pee while treating a group of patients with food poisoning, ultimately giving in and urinating in front of everyone. Highlighting the unique pressures of a hospital setting and human vulnerability under extreme conditions, this work delivers realistic and shocking narratives.
