The job of a care worker involves being dispatched by home care agencies or care stations to provide nursing services at clients' homes. However, compared to the intense physical demands, wages are low, turnover is high, and staffing remains a constant challenge, forcing care workers to face harsh realities every day. In recent years, growing issues have emerged regarding inadequate responses to sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct directed at female care workers and other nursing staff by clients. Cases of unwanted physical contact and verbal abuse are increasing, yet proper support systems to protect care workers in such situations remain insufficient. Against this backdrop, this work realistically portrays the grim conditions of the field and the emotional struggles endured by those working on the front lines.
