The nuclear missile launch device carried by a foreign prime minister was stolen in Kilimanjaro. The government entrusts the recovery mission to the super heroine "Sakura Queen." She infiltrates alone, defeating enemy soldiers one after another as she advances. During the battle, she confronts Kilimanjaro's pet monster "Bongo." After a fierce back-and-forth struggle, she suffers an injury when her right thigh is bitten, but desperately fights back and finally defeats him. Next, Kilimanjaro's cyborg "Helios" appears and ruthlessly targets her wounded thigh, subjecting Sakura Queen to unbearable agony. Though she attempts a counterattack, she receives an order to retreat. During her withdrawal, she's attacked by a flying object, and the revived Helios sprays pain-amplifying liquid onto her injured area, forces her to listen through headphones to brainwave-disrupting sounds, and blasts foul-smelling gas at her. On top of this, she's exposed to an intense light source exceeding hundreds of thousands of lux, her eyes are forcibly pried open, and a hot heating wire clings directly to her, shattering her mind. Added to these torments are beatings, kicks, and choking—woven throughout a harrowing tapestry of torture, driving the drama of her suffering and struggle to its peak.
