Sakura Sakurada, the beautiful warrior and central member of Bird Five, is known for her cool and delicate nature, as well as her exceptional combat skills. However, one day she suddenly experiences severe stomach pain. Just as she attempts to head to the bathroom, an unexpected emergency occurs! Forced into battle, Sakura must face her enemies while struggling to hold in her desperate urge to defecate.
