Sister Nanako finds herself in the usual serene atmosphere of the church prayer hall. However, midway through the pastor's sermon, a sudden urge to urinate begins to build, leaving her restless and uneasy. Just as the service is about to end, a parishioner approaches, asking to confess. Nanako struggles to remain composed and listen, but the physical limits of her own body prove impossible to overcome, even with divine grace.
After the funeral, once her father's wake is finally over, Nanako begins to feel a sense of calm. But her relief is short-lived as a sudden urge to pee strikes, prompting her to head for the restroom. Unexpectedly, an unforeseen person is waiting there. As her relatives and family friends notice her distressed state and grow concerned, Nanako attempts to explain herself—only to accidentally tense her lower body at the worst possible moment, leading to an unfortunate outcome.
