The setup where the father is away on a business trip, leaving the mother and son alone together, is not a bad trigger for the incest to become reality. However, the play mixing S and M elements feels scattered, giving an impression of being half-baked in both directions. I understand the intention to increase the variety of sexual interactions, but it might have been better to unify either S or M and change the direction per work to make better use of the series' variety. Also, since the fantasy sex scenes are not real anyway, if they had gone all the way with the impregnation angle more boldly, it would have been more effective as a lead-in to the actual sex in the latter half. As it is, it feels oddly restrained, and that half-baked quality is a waste. The male actor Horiuchi has some questionable aspects as the son role considering the balance with the actress, but the performers did their jobs well both in the drama and the sexual scenes. That makes it all the more regrettable that the direction of the work became scattered by cramming in too many elements.
