She often pairs with Natsuki, and their common tactic is for Yayoi to restrain an opponent while Natsuki batters them with powerful strikes. No one has ever escaped Yayoi's 'spider web.' Natsuki, a female ninja who commands the abilities of a scorpion, can concoct various types of poisons using special nanomachines in her body. She produces poisons with numbing, aphrodisiac, and hallucinogenic effects, used in a wide range of fields like interrogation and assassination. She injects poison into opponents with ultra-fine needles from her hands and feet, but due to personal preference, she also makes opponents ingest poison through kisses or uses a penis band to administer it. Her fighting style is based on kickboxing, and she specializes in striking attacks. Mayumi, a female ninja who commands the abilities of a snake, gains snake-like flexibility from special nanomachines in her body, wrapping around opponents and applying various squeezing techniques. She particularly excels in squeezing techniques using her thighs and is a pure sadist who loves observing her opponent's pained expressions. Her leg squeezing pressure can be strong enough to crack a skull. Like Natsuki, she can generate poison in her body, but only one type with a numbing effect. Her fighting style is based on ground techniques from judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and professional wrestling.
