Salaryman Kashiwagi, working hard as a mid-career hire rookie, spends his days missing the last train due to endless, grueling work with no end in sight. One day, exhausted, he submits his resignation letter to his direct superior, Department Head Yui Hatano. "Oh, you want to quit the company?" she says, and "Come here for a moment," as the beautiful female boss drags him into a blind spot in the conference room.
