Inspector Sayaka is a vital agent of the International Network Control Agency, tasked with maintaining order across global networks. Opposing her is the cybercrime syndicate "Kurenai Tokage," which constantly challenges her authority. While infiltrating the network, Sayaka carelessly falls into Kurenai Tokage's trap and has the Metamoboard—a super-critical data source controlling the world—stolen from her. To reclaim the Metamoboard, Sayaka dives her brainwaves into the network to fight back, but she's ensnared by the enemy's underhanded tactics and captured. Electric currents surge through her body, forcing her to defecate uncontrollably. She is made to consume her own excrement and injected with the virus "Ji-Poazon," causing unbearable urges to defecate. Even while attempting combat, her body gives out and she defecates involuntarily. In this state, she is given further enemas, inducing severe diarrhea that contaminates the entire network. Sayaka is now in grave danger—she must uncover the true identity behind Kurenai Tokage before it's too late!
