A woman standing at the midpoint of her life meets her past self. Directed by Koichi Takahashi as a spin-off of the Married Woman's Affair Trip project. The protagonist, Meiko, is 40 years old, married once, with no children. She says, "Forward, just looking ahead and moving forward—that is the path I must take," but her journey has never been smooth. Her strict father, desperate for a son, pushed her into judo and kendo throughout her childhood. In high school, her tomboyishness faded and she experienced her first love. In her mid-twenties, after a long-distance relationship lasting over five years, she married the man she met, but the marriage ended more quickly than the courtship period. Freed from years of enduring stinginess, infidelity, and verbal abuse, she soon realized this liberation marked only the beginning of new trials.
